There is an out of hours service available in the evenings and on Bank Holidays, including Christmas Day. Advice and appointments across Cheshire and Merseyside can be accessed by calling 0161 476 9651 (charged at local rate). During the ‘in-hours’ period (8am-6pm Mon to Fri), if you already have a dentist you should contact them directly. If you do not have a regular dentist then the Dental Helpline will triage your call, give advice to manage your dental problem or help you find an appointment, as long as you meet all the eligibility criteria.
